On 09/26/2024, (Licensing Program Analyst) LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegation. LPA Clayton was greeted by Licensee Yasmeen Chunara and Administrator Romy Wu.

On 08/02/2024 ESCCRO received a complaint alleging that a teacher assistant was left alone to supervise children in care.

On 08/09/2024 LPA Clayton toured to facility for a Health and Safety inspection, interviewed staff, spoke with Director Yasmeen and Admin Romy. LPA Clayton received a copy of the Child Care Facility Roster, and Director Yasmeen emailed a copy of the Personnel Report including staff contact information to LPA Clayton.

On 08/28/2024 LPA Clayton returned to the CCC and conducted additional interviews.

LPA Clayton conducted a full investigation, which included facility visits, conducting interviews with the Reporting Party (complainant), children and staff. During unannounced visits, LPA Clayton observed the children being cared for and supervised appropriately and in compliance with Title 22 Regulations and/or Health and Safety Codes.

Based on LPA's inspections, interviews, and observations, the above allegation(s) is found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Admin. Romy Wu.

LPA Clayton posted a Notice of Site visit which is to remain posted for 30 days.
