During the course of this investigation, LPA conducted interviews with four staff and five children (including individuals allegedly involved). LPA received no disclosures that a staffmember pinched a child. Staff and children indicated they never witnessed the allegation. LPA also interviewed outside individuals (connected to the facility) and received no information regarding staff behavior to substaintiate this allegation. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. Therefore, at this time the allegations are Unsubstantiated.
