Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) F. White and K. Dunlap arrived at the above facility for the purpose of an unannounced Case Management - Other inspection. LPA White announced the purpose for the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Administrator, Carol Sanders. There are seven children enrolled and three children present at the time of inspection.

The purpose of this visit is to follow up on a visit conducted on June 25, 2024. There were 17 children present and no proof of a current private school affidavit on file with the department at the time of the inspection. LPAs returned to the facility today to ensure that there are no infants or preschool children commingled with children covered under the Private School Affidavit (PSA). On June 26, 2024, LPA Dunlap communicated with a representative from the Private School Data Administration of the California Department of Education (CDE) who responded with an email and a link providing proof that The school age (4.9 through 18 years or K-12) is covered by a current (2023-24) on file private school affidavit (PSA). The PSA is an annual filing requirement. They will need to file beginning August 1, 2024 for a 2024-25 PSA.

LPA White and LPM Karen Chambers informed Director that infants are not covered under the private school affidavit and can not be included in the preschool component because there is no infant / toddler component connected to the school. Therefore, the infant can not be on the premises. Director confirmed her understanding of the regulations.

Based on today's observations, and record review there will be no deficiencies cited today according to California Title 22.

A Notice of Site visit will be given and it must be posted for 30 days. Failure to post will result in a civil penalty of $100.

The report was reviewed with Director, Carol Sanders. A copy of the report and appeal rights was given to Carol Sanders, Director.
