25 | On Friday January 30, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joanne Solorio Campos conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with Odilia Gonzalez, Program Director, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. This is a preschool age co-op program that serves children 2-5. This program operates Monday – Friday from 8:45 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Per the Director, there are 32 children enrolled. All areas identified on the facility sketch were toured and inspected. Teacher and child ratio were observed, and present staff are fingerprinted cleared. Census was taken,17 children 2 staff and 5 parents were present. Present staff are fingerprinted cleared.
This program is outdoor based. The facility is located on the property of LA DWP next to the reservoir. Area used by the program is fenced with a six foot chain linked fence with barb wire on top. Per Director During inclement weather, the program remains open and children bring the appropriate attire and cancel as needed.
Sign in and out takes place at the main entrance area. The director stated no firearms, weapons, poisons nor bodies of water are located in the premises and LPA did not observe any of the above mentioned.

LPA observed the outdoor area to be fully fenced. LPA observed an space for children to store their belongings. The outdoor play equipment, manipulatives, toys, books, walking bridge, pretend play area, garden, made accessible to the children to be age appropriate and free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts.
