25 | On 11/1/2024 at 1:05 pm Licensing Program Analysts Claudia Kam and Joshua Ortega conducted a Case Management inspection at the above facility to follow up on a facility plant update for kitchen remodel. The Monterey Park South West Child Care Regional Office received the incident report on 8/29/24 notifying of update.
LPA's completed observation of the kitchen area, counters cabinets and food storage. Gas company came on 11/1/24 for inspection and to light the pilot for the stove and facility will begin usage of the kitchen on 11/4/2024. Facility plant update was notified timely and no hazards observed at time of inspection.
The facility was found in compliance per Title 22 regulations, there will be no deficiencies cited today 11/1/24.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
