Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee Representative, Tanasa Davis and Maria Aguirre. This facility is currently licensed as a preschool program with a capacity of 24 children. The Licensee, Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Inc. has requested to increase the preschool capacity by 6 additional children for a total new capacity of 30 in classrooms 1 and 2.
The facility is located on the first floor of the Kaiser Permanente Watts Counseling & Learning Center. There are no bodies of water or weapons on the property. Fire clearance was granted by LA City Fire Department on 04/12/2024. |
