In regard to allegations Staff behavior poses a a risk to a daycare child, staff forced a daycare child to sleep and staff did not prevent the daycare children from hitting another daycare child . Staff # 1- 10 corroborated that they do not force children to sleep- children are encourage to rest their bodies, if child doesn’t not want to sleep they are offered books or quiet table activities. Per staff # 1-10 they do not have concerns about staff in the classrooms and if any incident happens they write incident reports for parents and or communicate with them on class dojo.
