Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilia Hernandez conducted an unannounced collateral visit on 07/09/2024 to the facility above. LPA arrived at the facility at 2:50PM and met with Hilarie Dyson, Principal, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 30 children and 19 staff present upon arrival.

The purpose of the visit was to investigate an incident that occurred on 06/07/2024 at Shenandoah Early Education Center.

LPA conducted an interview with staff previously associated to Shenandoah Early Education Center.

There were no deficiencies cited during today’s inspection.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Hilarie Dyson, Principal.
