On 4/3/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Brittany Lovest conducted an unannounced visit for the purpose of delivering the findings on the above allegations. LPA met with Facility Principal Marcello Lopez. LPA toured the facility and observed 44 children and 11staff members providing care and supervision.

On 1/28/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittany Lovest arrived at the facility for the purpose of conducting an initial 10-day complaint investigation. LPA conducted walk through of facility both indoors and outdoors and observed 59 children in care with 13 staff members.
During this inspection LPA documented observations, collected facility records, reviewed children’s files, and conducted staff interviews.

On 2/11/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brittany Lovest arrived at the facility for the purpose of conducting a Subsequent complaint investigation. Upon arrival LPA met with Office Manager, S. Perez Sanchez.

 LPA conducted walk through of facility both indoors and outdoors and observed 86 children in care with 16 staff members. During this inspection LPA collected facility records and conducted staff and children’s interviews.
LPA Lovest conducted Parent interviews.


On 4/3/2026 LPA conducted children’s interviews and reviewed all relevant documents.

On 4/3/2026, all investigative interviews were completed. Based on the information received and reviewed, along with LPA observations and interviews conducted, there was not sufficient information disclosed to determine that Staff handled child roughly. These allegations are deemed UNSUBSTANTIATED. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur.

No deficiencies are being cited in accordance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety Codes.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, appeals rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and provided.
