On 10/3/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Claudia Kam and Joshua Ortega conducted a case management at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Clarissa Andrews, Principal, who provided LPAs a tour of the facility. Census was taken, there are 23 children and 10 staff present at time of visit.

The purpose of today's inspection is to have Facility Representative Clarissa Andrews sign a report dated 9/26/2024 regarding follow up on unusual incidents reported on 9/16/24 that was missing signatures.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the facility representative, Clarissa Andrews.
