Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Veronica Martinez-Garza and Mireya Garcia conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of Correction) inspection to ensure that the Type B deficiencies cited on 04/20/2022 have been cleared. LPAs met with David Zendejas, Principal who guided analysts on a tour of the facility. There were 36 children present during this inspection. The following has been observed:

· Outdoor areas were observed to be cleaned. The three floor sand boxes were removed. The climbing structure near the outside area of Room 2 was observed to be cleaned. The pretend wooden playhouse was removed.
· LPAs observed staff records binder which includes proof of mandated reporter training certificates and proof of immunization records for facility staff.
· LPAs observed during records review, Principal completed 16 hours of health and safety training EMSA approved on May 19, 2022.
· LPAs observed staff records were placed on binder for future review, per Principal binder will be maintained and be readily available for CCLD review upon request.

At this time, the facility is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited on this date.

LPAs cleared deficiencies on this date and provided a copy of the Licensing Report to Principal, David Zendejas. LPAs issued POC clearance letter during the visit.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
