Per staff interviewed, staff disclosed that the district transformed the outdoor playground in 2023 as a Nature Explore program to create an outdoor learning environment.

Based on observations made during the LPA’s inspections, the outdoor play area was observed to be appropriately maintained and safe for children. LPA did not observe any broken equipment, sharp objects, exposed hazards, or unsafe playground structures during the visits.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
