25 | On Wednesday June 17, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joanne Solorio Campos conducted an unannounced annual inspection and met with Program Coordinator 1 Maria Rodriguez, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. This is a preschool program that is in an apartment complex and serves children ages 3 to 5 years old and consists of 3 classrooms. This program operates Monday – Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Per the Program Coordinator, there are 59 children enrolled. LPA observed 45 children, 9 staff present. Teacher and child ratio were observed, and present staff are fingerprinted cleared.
Sign in and out takes place at the main entrance area. The Program Coordinator stated no firearms, weapons, poisons nor bodies of water are located in the premises and LPA did not observe any of the above-mentioned. Program Coordinator stated that they currently have no children with severe food allergies nor on medication. LPA observed the ill isolation area to take place in the staff’s office and utilize the staff’s restroom.

All areas identified on the facility sketch were toured and inspected both indoors and outdoors. LPA entered the classroom and observed furniture, manipulatives, toys, games, art materials, and books made accessible to the children to be age-appropriate and free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. LPAs observed the classroom to have a cubby for children to store their personal belongings. LPA observed filtered water gallons in the classroom and paper cups readily available for the children. LPA observed cots for napping equipment.
