25 | At 02:26 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Martinez Garza conducted an unannounced POC (Plan of correction) inspection to ensure the Type B deficiency cited on 11/13/23 has been cleared. LPA met with Hermelinda Garcia, licensee who guided analyst on a tour of the facility. There were 09 children present during this inspection. LPA also observed 2 adults in the home that were not providing care and supervision. LPA observed Licensee's daughter meets the requirements to provide care and supervision. The following was observed:
-Per Licensee, assistant is no longer employed.
LPA advised the licensee how to access forms, regulations and quarterly updates on the Child Care Licensing Website at: www.ccld.ca.gov.
LPA cleared deficiency and issued a POC clearance letter.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. Therefore, no deficiencies are being cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
