25 | On 03/05/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kruz Long conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection at the above facility. A COVID-19 risk assessment was conducted. Upon arrival LPA was greeted by Assistant, Oscar Mariona. Per Assistant, Licensee is at a doctor's appointment. LPA observed 3 Caregivers and 3 children in care. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
This is a single story house which contains a living room, kitchen, dining area, 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, detached garage containing a room and bathroom.
The day care takes place in the living room, dining area, kitchen, 1 bedroom, front yard, garage which includes a room and bathroom.
Per Assistant, there are 3 adults living in the home. The home is clean, orderly, comfortable, and well ventilated. Licensee's poisons, detergent, cleaning compounds, medications and other items which could pose a danger to child are stored where they are inaccessible to children. LPA observed working smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, fully charged fire extinguisher, and working land line and cellular telephones. There are several age-appropriate toys and a first aid kit on the premises. Per the Assistant, there are no firearms on the premises. Licensee has current First Aid and CPR, expires 08/07/26. Outdoor play areas are fenced.
LPA reviewed children files; files were found to be complete. LPA reviewed staff files; files were found to be complete. Children and staff names were documented on LIC811 (confidential page).
