32 | Children utilize the front yard for outdoor play. Licensee has implemented the new new 2025 regulation(PIN) but the items are the incorrect size. Licensee is logging morning checks on a sheet of paper with time and areas checked for pool equipment safety. Facility is pending shipment arrival for the correct pole with hook measuring more than 12' feet, Correct the life ring 17' in width by U.S. Coast Guard and the pool motion alarm (Technical violations issued). Licensee demonstrated paid receipt with arrival expected dates.
The home was inspected inside and out for safety, comfort, cleanliness, telephone service, heating and ventilation, inaccessibility to poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, and hazardous items that can pose a danger to children. The knives, medication, cleaning supplies and chemicals are kept inaccessible to children.
There are educational age-appropriate toys and equipment on the premises.
The First Aid kit with a temperature thermometer was observed and complete. The required fire extinguisher (2A10BC) is reading in green, purchased with one year, white tag date is 12/2024. Smoke and carbon monoxide detector dual is operating condition. The disaster drills are conducted every six-month. Emergency drills were completed and documented on 3/10/2025.
Licensee had all the required posted documents: Facility License (LIC 203, Notice of Parent's Rights Poster (PUB 394), Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610A), and Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148).
The licensee maintains proof of immunization against pertussis (TDAP), measles (MMR), Tuberculous (TB) and influenza on file.
