25 | On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Cha met with Licensee Maryan Corral. The purpose of the visit was to conduct an unannounced Annual/Random inspection of the facility. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the licensee. LPA and licensee toured the facility. LPA observed licensee and assistant providing care and supervision to one infant and four preschool-aged children. The current days and hours of operation are Mondays through Fridays; 7:00am-5:00pm.
Physical Plant: This is a one-story family home. There is a living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, two restrooms, attached garage, a den, front yard, and back yard. Main care is provided in the den and bedroom #1. The off limit areas are bedroom #2, restroom #2, living room (sliding door with latch), the attached garage, and the back yard.
Indoor/Children’s Area: LPA inspected the indoor/children’s area for safety, cleanliness and good repair. Licensee provides infants with playpens and preschool children with mats for napping. Per LPA observation, the fireplace in living room is barricaded. The smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector tested to be in operable condition. There is a designated area for the ill children as necessary. Per licensee, there are no firearms/weapons on the premises.
Bathroom: LPA observed the childcare bathroom. The children are provided with soap and paper towels. The toilet and faucet in good operable condition. All bathroom cabinets made inaccessible by child safety locks.
Kitchen: LPA inspected the kitchen for safety, sanitation, and good repair. Licensee participates in the food program and provides all meals during operational hours. The knives and sharp items stored in kitchen cabinet, made inaccessible with a child safety lock. All kitchen cabinets made inaccessible by child safety locks.
