and Licensee left day care child unattended as a form of discipline.
Licensee stated that at no time were children in care handles inappropriately in care. Licensee stated that no time have children been spoken to in an inappropriate manner. Licensee also stated that at no time have children been unattended as a form of discipline.
Licensee stated that children interact well with one another and has not had any problems with behaviors. Licensee stated that children are provided with many activities to keep them busy. At times, when children want the same toys, Licensee takes the time to teach children how to take turns or introduces new activities to redirect the children's attention.
During interview with parents, no disclosures were made to support the allegations. Parent #5 disclosed that the Licensee cares about the children in care, provides home cooked meals to children and cares for the children like their own family.
During the investigation, LPA Hernandez did not observe any evidence to support the allegations.
Based on the investigation conducted by the LPA Hernandez, it has been determined that although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated.
The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
