32 | According to children interviewed during the course of the investigation, children stated that the licensee is nice to them. Children further stated that their teachers are not mean to them, do not hurt them and that they like their teachers.
According to parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, they have no concerns regarding they have no concerns regarding the care their children are receiving while at the Family Child Care (FCC). Parents stated that their children like the FCC and their children love attending the day care. Parents stated they have no concerns over minor injuries their children have obtained at the day care.
According to staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, staff stated they have never observed any adult working at the day care mistreat or hurt a child. Staff further stated that children sometimes hurt one another or obtain a small injury from a minor fall, but nothing concerning.
-Pertaining to the allegation that - Licensee caused injury to day care child in care.
According to the Reporting Party (RP), the child then told RP that the teacher hit them.

Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
