On 11/21/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson and Suzette Ornelas conducted an unannounced visit. LPA Laticia Thompson inspected the facility to confirm corrections have been made that were requested during capacity increase visit.

LPA observed the following outstanding corrections

Thermostat needs to be replaced in refrigerator in staff lounge area.
Remove and clean insects from window seals.

An exit interview was conducted with the director and a copy of this report and appeal rights.
