32 | According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, their children are potty trained. One parent stated that their child does utilize diapers while in care. Parent further stated that in the beginning they noticed that their child's diapers were soiled upon pick up. Parent stated that they brought it up to the provider along with making sure that they had plenty of diapers and the issue was resolved.
According to Adults interviewed during the course of the investigation, children who use diapers are changed as needed and monitored about every hour throughout the day. Adults further stated that they can sometimes be busy before pick up but they do their best to make sure they go home with a clean diaper.
-Pertaining to the allegation that - Provider was not present 80 percent of the time
According to the Reporting Party (RP), licensee has another job and is not present at the day care home. Reporting party stated that Licensee is never present upon pick ups due to pecking up children.
According to Children interviewed during the course of the investigation, licensee takes care of them.
According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, they frequently see the Licensee present in the home upon drop offs and pick ups. Parents stated that whenever they contact the provider, she is very fast to respond and is very involved. Parents further stated that they have no concerns.
According to Adults interviewed during the course of the investigation, the Licensee is present in the home and is involved in assisting with day to day operations.
Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
