On 02/22/2024 at 11:37am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson conducted a Case Management Visit to the facility. The purpose of the visit was to amend the Prelicensing Report issued on 01/26/2024. During today's visit LPA observed 33 children and 8 staff.

LPA amended the Prelicensing report to make corrections to the total capacity.

A copy of this report, Notice of Site Visit and appeal rights were provided to September Ewing (Director).
