25 | On August 25, 2026, at approximately 12:20 p.m., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Janet Gil conducted an unannounced annual inspection. LPA met with the licensee, Asmik Hovsepyan, and the licensee’s spouse, Ruben Hovsepyan, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during the inspection were the licensee, the licensee’s spouse, one assistant, and seven preschool-age children.
The licensee resides in the home with her spouse. The licensee was reminded that any children under 10 years of age residing in the home must be counted toward the facility’s overall capacity. All adults residing in and/or working at the facility have criminal background clearances on file. The facility’s hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Day Care Areas: include the living room, dining room, kitchen, Bathroom 1, Bathroom 2, Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3, and backyard. Off-limit Areas: Master Bedroom with bathroom and the side closet adjacent to the Master Bedroom.
At approximately 12:50 p.m., LPA toured the day care areas of the home with the licensee. LPA observed the home to be equipped with a variety of toys and materials, all of which were observed to be in working condition. LPA observed an accessible first aid kit located in the kitchen. LPA observed that cleaning supplies, poisons, and other hazardous solutions were not accessible to children. All cleaning supplies and solutions were stored in higher shelves of kitchen area.
The home was equipped with a fully charged fire extinguisher located in the kitchen and multiple dual smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the home.
