On 11/14/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laticia Thompson conducted an inspection of the outstanding corrections infant napping room and trash cans with lids. LPA observed trash cans in infant and toddler classrooms that were found to be in compliance. LPA observed the napping area with a total of 4 cribs. LPA observed a crib outside of the napping room. LPA advised director crib outside of napping area needs to be in an area inaccessible to children and cannot be in infant indoor activity space. LPA suggested store in director's office for ill children or placed in a storage area. Based on today's visit corrections have been made.

An exit interview was conducted with the director. A copy of this report and appeal rights were provided.
