According to Staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, staff stated that they have all observed one another appropriately supervising children. Stated that they all work together to ensure children are supervised and have a good system going where they each feel supported by one another.

According to parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, parents have no concerns regarding the supervision their children are receiving.

-Pertaining to the allegation that – Staff do not keep facility bathrooms clean and sanitary
According to the RP, bathrooms utilized by children are unsanitary and often do not have toilet paper or paper towels for the children to use.

According to Staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, restrooms can become busy and a bit messy when all the children are utilizing the restroom at the same time such as after play time, etc. Staff stated that at times they might run out of toilet paper or paper towels and they might have to grab them from other restrooms while their requests for more supplies is given to them which might take up to one day. Staff further stated that running out of supplies is not a regular occurrence but they could benefit from having supplies restocked and making sure they do not run out.

LPA made observations and observed restrooms to be clean and sanitary. LPA observed sufficient paper towels and toilet paper available on all 3 visits.

Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, DEBBIE HEIM.
