25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Roxana Lopez and Saul Valenzuela conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection due to incident that was reported to the Department on June 19th, 2024. LPAs met with Lead Teacher Monserrat Hernandez who guided LPAs on a tour of the facility. Census was taken.
On June 19th, 2024, an incident was self-reported to the Department via Phone by the facility who reported a parent alleges their child was inappropriately touched by another child.
All reports were reported within the required 24 hours. The purpose of the inspection was to obtain additional information and documentation regarding the incident reported to the Department.
Regarding the incident that was reported on 6/19/2024, interviews were conducted with Staff and children. During the staff interviews it was disclose that an incident was observed but there was no inappropriate touching witnessed. Children did not make any disclosures of inappropriate touching.
At this time, the licensee is in compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 22. No deficiencies cited.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Lead Teacher Monserrat Hernandez.
