32 | Restrooms: LPAs inspected and observed 7 restrooms for children’s use. Building Number 1 is equipped with one restroom in the preschool classroom with one toilet and one sink, and a male and female restroom each equipped with two toilet and two sinks. Building #2 is equipped with two restrooms inside the classroom with one toilet and one sink each. Building #3 is equipped with a male and female restroom. The female restroom is equipped with 2 toilets and 1 sink. The male restroom is equipped with 1 toilet and 1 sink. The urinal in the male restroom is currently inaccessible due to being out of order. LPA observed soap, toilet paper and paper towels readily available in both restrooms. Water temperature is appropriate and was tested by LPAs.
Outdoor: Children use an outdoor playground for exercise and free play. The play equipment was inspected for health, safety, good repair and age appropriateness. The area was observed to be free of debris, free from hazard, holes, broken items, debris. Poured rubber is used for safety under the play structure. There are areas for shade and rest. Fencing was observed in the outdoor to enclose the play area.
Pools, spas, bodies of water: There are no pools, spas, or bodies of water on the premises.
Staff/Personnel Records: Designation of Responsibility observed, immunization's, TB clearance, mandated reporter trainings, Director qualifications, health screening, criminal record statement, and statement acknowledging suspected child abuse were reviewed and maintained current.
Facility Records: Roster, fire/disaster drill on 1/26/2026. CPR/First Aid and mandated reporter training for staff were reviewed and maintained current. Children’s files are electronic and stored on the facility’s computers.
Posting Requirements: Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty. The following were observed posted as required: facility license, Personal Rights (LIC613A), Parent’s Rights Poster (PUB 394L), emergency disaster plan, earthquake preparedness checklist.
Food Service: There is one kitchen on the premises. Lunch and snacks are prepared in the kitchen. Sharp items are stored in a container in an upper cabinet. The kitchen is made off limits by a locked door with no children’s access. Food storage areas are clean and sanitary.
