25 | On December 23, 2024, at 11:50 A.M., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joselito L. Del Mundo conducted a case management follow up inspection at KinderCare Learning Center. LPA met with Director Genesis Benitez and was allowed access to the facility. LPA stated purpose of the inspection was to follow-up on a self-reported Unusual Incident Report (UIR) that happened on November 21, 2024, at the center.
During this visit, LPA was able to obtain a copy of the attendance sheet for the preschool children. LPA observed twenty-three children for the three rooms (Discovery, Preschool, and Pre-K) with four staff providing care and supervision.
LPA reviewed 5 children’s files and conducted an interview with 2 children.
Based on the confidential interviews with relevant parties, supporting documents, and LPA observation, it was determined that there is not enough evidence to prove that the teacher violated the personal rights of the child. No deficiencies were cited at this time.
A LIC 9213 Notice of Site Visit was left at facility and must be posted for 30 days. Failure to do so will result in an immediate civil penalty assessment of $100.00.
An exit interview was conducted, Appeal Rights and a copy of this report were provided to Director Genesis Benitez.
