The Lead Teacher stated that they were providing transportation to school age children. Parents drop them off at the center in the morning and the facility drops the children off to school. The facility also picks up the children from school in the afternoon.
Food Service: The facility has monthly menu and meal pattern posted on the parent board. The center provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.
Children’s Records: LPA reviewed ten children’s files. Based on records review, children’s files are complete.
Staff/Personnel Records: Designation of Responsibility observed, immunization's, TB clearance, health screening, criminal record statement, statement acknowledging requirement to report suspected child abuse. LPA reviewed two staff files. Based on records review, staff have current mandated reporter training and pediatric CPR/First Aid training LPA also observed the two staff have immunization records against Pertussis and Measles. The two staff have TB skin test on file.
Facility Records: Electronic Roster, fire/earthquake drills log were completed on March 16 and 31, 2026, at 10:45 A.M.
Posting Requirements: Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty. The following were observed posted as required: facility license, Personal Rights (LIC613A), Parent’s Rights Poster (PUB 394), emergency disaster plan, earthquake preparedness checklist, and California Car Seat Law.
Documents Provided and or Discussed: Forms and records to keep at the facility and IMS.
Advisory/Other: First Aid kit boxes were observed with supplies readily available.
LPA observed Sign in and out sheets when dropping off and picking up their child. The parent board was reviewed and has all the required forms posted. The facility has daily schedule, Spring Weekly Unit Plan, and Playground Schedule, posted on the parent board. |
