On 03/22/2024, Licensing Program Analyst Adrian Risher conducted a case management visit for increased monitoring and quarterly check-in. LPA met with Victoria Poland, Licensee and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA did not observe any day-care children in care during the inspection.

The purpose of the visit is to ensure the Licensee maintains a safe and comfortable environment for the children in care. Licensee and staff continue to provide safe accommodations for the children in care.

Based on observations made by the LPA, no deficiencies will be cited today. LPA did not observe any violations during today's visit. Facility will continue to be under increased monitoring on a quarterly basis until December 2024.

Exit interview was completed with Victoria Poland, Licensee. Appeal Rights will be provided.
