On 3/02/2023, Licensing Program Analyst Adrian Risher conducted a case management visit for increased monitoring. LPA met with Victoria Poland and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 2 children in care.

The purpose of the visit is to ensure the Licensee maintains a safe and comfortable environment for the children in care. LPA observed Licensee and staff providing proper supervision over the children in care.

Licensee stated she still waiting for Technical Support Program to contact her for an in-person inspection. TSP Analyst will provide technical assistance as needed.


Based on observations made by the LPA, no deficiencies will be cited today. LPA did not observe any violations during today's visit. Facility will continue to be under increased monitoring on a quarterly basis.

Exit interview was completed with Victoria Poland, Licensee. Appeal Rights will be provided.
