25 | On July 17, 2026, at approximately 12:30pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Melissa Zaragoza conducted an unannounced plan of correction (POC) visit at the facility. LPA met with licensee, Janeth Aparicio De Sanchez, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today's visit was the licensee, 1 staff assistant and 10 children (2 school age, 8 preschool).
On July 08, 2026, at approximately 9:00am, LPA Zaragoza conducted an unannounced, annual inspection and a walk-through inspection at the facility. During inspection, the facility was issued 1 Type A deficiency with a civil penalty of $100 for having an unfingerprinted adult present at the facility, residing in the home.
A Plan of Correction was discussed with the licensee. Per licensee, they will make sure all adults living in the home have criminal record clearance as soon as possible.
As of this date, 07/15/2026, LPA observed all adults living in the home and staff working with children to have criminal record clearance on file. LPA observed LIC 9224 forms in children's file.
Deficiencies cited on July 08, 2026, have been cleared during today's visit. LPA provided the licensee with a POC letter. No deficiencies were cited during today’s visit. Appeal rights were provided.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
