On 01/31/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond arrived at the facility to conduct a Plan of Correction visit and was met by Associate Director Kasa Adame. LPA observed 14 children in care being supervised and cared for by associate director and 3 fingerprint cleared staff.

On 12/23/2024, Licensee was cited for the following:
1. The licensee shall ensure reporting requirements are followed such as, a report shall be made to the Department by telephone or fax within the Department's next working day.
2. Licensee will ensure a teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 24 napping children is permittedprovided that the remaining teachers necessary to meet the overall ratio.



During visit LPA Richmond observed the following:
1. Associated Director provided LPA with sign in sheet of video training completed and signed by all attendees on 01/03/25.
2. LPA observed 11 children in the napping room laying on cots being cared for and supervised by 1 fingerprint cleared staff.

2 of 2 Citations issued on 12/23/2024 has been cleared.

An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, deficiencies clearance letters were discussed and provided to Associate Director Kasa Adame.
