On 06/22/2026, Licensing Program Analysts, LPAs, Tyra Chavies and Pasty Plantcarte conducted an unannounced Case Management Visit at Harbor-UCLA Children's Development Center regarding the above mentioned allegations. LPA Chavies toured the facility and met with Director, Amber Bravo. There were 32 children being supervised and cared for by 8 staff members.

05/08/26- LPA conducted phone interviews with P1, P2, P3 and P5

04/27/26- LPA conducted interviews with Director, S1, S2, S3, S4 and S5

04/27/26-LPA Chavies observed children in care, received facility roster, facility/ personnel documents

04/24/26- LPA conducted interview with RP
