25 | On Thursday, December 4, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Cha met with Licensee Latoyia White. The purpose of the visit was to conduct an unannounced Annual/Random inspection of the facility. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the Licensee. LPA and licensee toured the facility. LPA observed licensee providing care and supervision to one infant and three preschool-aged children at time of inspection. The current days and hours of operation are Mondays-Fridays; 23 hours/day. LPA informed licensee that licensee must stay awake during all hours of operation when children are awake.
Physical Plant: This is a one-story family home with a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, laundry room, two restrooms, family room, an in-ground pool, a back yard, and front yard. Main care is provided in room #3 and the family room. The off-limit areas are bedrooms #1, #2, laundry room, (maintained key locked), and one restroom. There is one shed in the back yard utilized for storage, equipment, and materials (maintained locked).
Indoor/Children’s Area: LPA inspected the indoor/children’s area for safety, cleanliness and good repair. Per LPA observation, there is no fireplace in the home. LPA’s observed age-appropriate toys and play equipment. LPA observed smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. There is a designated area for the ill children as necessary. Per licensee, there are no weapons/firearms on the premises. Licensee provides children with cots and infants with playpens/pack and play for napping. LPA observed only a tight-fitted sheet in playpen while infant was napping.
Bathroom: LPA observed childcare bathroom to be in safe and operating condition. Toilet and faucet are in good operable condition. LPA reminded licensee to keep shampoos, mouthwash, razors, toothpaste, and other hazardous items inaccessible to children.
