Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Brittanee Cleveland conducted an unannounced inspection on July 1, 2026, to deliver findings for a complaint received at the department for this facility. LPA arrived at the facility and met with Fariba Javadi, Licensee, who guided LPA on tour of facility.

At the time of inspection, there were 8 children in care and 1 staff.

During today’s visit, LPA was guided on a tour by the Licensee, interviewed staff and children, and obtained rosters.

While conducting interviews, Licensee stated to LPA there has never been any inappropriate behavior conducted. The assistant to the Licensee’s assistant stated they never saw any inappropriate conduct between the children and adults or the children among themselves. Children stated they are happy at school and have fun. --- Page 1

Due to an anonymous reporting party, LPA was unable to conduct an interview. Per licensee, overnight care has not been provided for many years. Parents stated their children have never said anything concerning about school,

Based on the information accumulated from today’s visit, the findings are Unsubstantiated. This means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur.

The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Fariba Javadi, Licensee, and Appeals Rights provided.
