32 | According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3), Parent 4 (P4) and Parent 6 (P6) they have no concerns regarding their children accidentally ingesting dog food while at the Family Child Care (FCC). Parents stated that they have never observed dog food inside or outside of the day care. Parents further stated that they have never observed the dogs in the same space as the children but have observed the dogs in an inaccessible gated back yard area away from the children.
According to Staff (1) Staff (2) and Staff (3), children have never ingested dog food.
-Pertaining to the allegation that - Licensee did not maintain the home in a clean and sanitary condition.
According to the Reporting Party (RP), Licensee did not maintain the home in a clean and sanitary condition. Home is dirty and not in clean condition.
According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3), Parent 4 (P4) and Parent 6 (P6) the day care is always clean and there are rooms dedicated to child care that are always clean in addition to the rest of the home also being clean. Parents stated that the home is cleaner than other day care facilities and never smells. Parents further stated that every morning upon drop off, the inside of the home is clean and tidy and the outside area is in great condition having been renovated.
According to Staff (1) Staff (2) and Staff (3), home is cleaned daily and as needed.
-Pertaining to the allegation that - Licensee did not meet day care children's diapering needs.
According to the Reporting Party (RP), Licensee did not meet day care children's diapering needs by putting diapers on children while in care and removing them when parents pick them up.
According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3), Parent 4 (P4) and Parent 6 (P6) they have no concerns regarding their children’s diapering needs and their children have never had any rashes while in care. Parents stated that they have observed how diligent staff is at making sure children’s diapers are changed immediately which is a priority.
According to Staff (1) Staff (2) and Staff (3), children’s diapers are checked frequently and as needed to ensure comfort . |
