On 08/18/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Suzette Ornelas conducted an unannounced site visit at CHILD'S WORLD SCHOOL-INFANT & TODDLER for the purpose of delivering findings for the complaint received on 05/25/2022. LPA met with the Assistant DIrector Vino Veerasingan and explained the purpose of the visit.

LPA toured the facility and observed; in room 1, 1 adult and 3 infants, in room 2, 2 adults and 7 infants, in room 3, 1 adult and 3 infants and in room 4, 2 adults and 9 toddlers.

Based on the interviews conducted with S1-S9, statements obtained, staff file reviews, visual observations made on 5/31/22 of fully qualified staff supervising children within ratio during facility tour, the above allegations cannot be substantiated because although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A copy of this report (LIC809), Appeals Rights and Notice of Site Visit (LIC9213) were explained and provided to the Assistant DIrector Vino Veerasingan.
