On 5/27/2026, LPA Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above allegations. LPA Richmond was greeted by Han Yu. LPA Richmond toured the home inside and outside for Health & Safety inspection. LPA Richmond observed 12 children being supervised and cared for by 4 fingerprint cleared staff.
During today’s visit LPA Richmond completed observations, reviewed pertinent documents, and conducted interviews with staff.
Based on observations, record reviews, and interviews, there is not sufficient evidence to indicate that reporting guidelines were violated. Therefore, the above allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur.
Per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes, no citations were issued.
An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to Han Yu.
Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
