25 | On June 9, 2026 at 10:20 a.m. Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Erica Lujan conducted an Unannounced Required 3 year Annual inspection to the above facility. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and met with Licensee, Francisca Sanchez who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility.
There is 3 adult living in the home. All adults in the home were found to have criminal record clearance. Licensee states that there are currently 7 children enrolled. The children's roster was reviewed and is current. During the inspection, 4 children (1 infant, 2 preschool, and 1 school-age) licensee, and licensee daughter were present. LPA observed all 4 children eating in the dinning room. Licensee reports that the facility’s hours of operation are Sunday-Saturday 23.5 hours. Emergency Disaster Plan, License, and Parents’ Rights were posted at the time of inspection. Per Licensee, disaster drill was last conducted on 05/18/2026.
This is a single-story home which consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathroom, kitchen, living room, dinning room and front yard. Areas used by the children include the living room, dinning room, Bedroom 1, and Bathroom 1. Bedroom 2 will be used for isolation of sick children. Per Licensee, areas off limits to children and parents include bathroom 2, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, and kitchen. Per licensee, off limit bedrooms are locked during operating hours, LPA observed doors to be locked.
All areas identified on the facility sketch as accessible to children were inspected to ensure that they are clean and orderly with ventilation and heating for the safety of the children. Main Care Area for the day care children is located in bedroom 1 which is equipped with a table for activities, dramatic play corner, reading area, art center, cubbies with manipulative toys and activities for a variety of ages.
