On 1/4/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Judy Laureano and Ranita Richmond arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of delivering findings for the above mention allegation. LPAs toured the facility indoors and outdoors and 5 children and 2 staff members were observed.

On 10/25/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Judy Laureano arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of investigating the above-mentioned allegation. Upon arrival, LPA met with Donna Belvin Site Supervisor and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA toured the facility and observed 5 child in care with 2 staff members. LPA requested and reviewed the following documents: children's roster, staff roster and parent handbook. Investigative interviewed were initiated with director, staff members and children.

Investigative interviews of all relevant parties were concluded on 1/4/2024. Based on interviews of all relevant parties and record review, no information was disclosed that children’s personal rights were violated, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
