On 1/4/2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA)s Judy Laureano and Ranita Richmond arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of delivering findings for the above mention allegations. LPAs were greeted by Donna Belvin, facility director. LPAs toured the facility indoors and outdoors and 5 children and 2 staff members were observed.

On 11/08/2023 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Judy Laureano and Ranita Richmond arrived at above mentioned facility for the purpose of investigating the above-mentioned allegations. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Donna Belvin Site Supervisor and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPAs toured the facility and observed 4 child in care with 1 staff members. LPAs requested and reviewed the following documents: children's roster, staff roster and parent handbook. LPAs interviewed director, staff member and children.

On 1/4/2024 all investigative interviews of relevant parties were completed. Based on interviews of all relevant parties, no information was disclosed that children’s personal rights were violated, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
