25 | On Thursday, February 5, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Hanna Cha met with Licensee Martha Ledezma. The purpose of the visit was to conduct an unannounced Annual/Random inspection of the facility. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to the licensee and toured the facility. LPA observed licensee and assistant with zero children in care. The current hours and days of operation are 23 hours/7 days a week. LPA informed licensee that licensee must stay awake during all hours children are awake.
Physical Plant: This is a one-story family home with an attached garage. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms, three restrooms, a family room, and back yard. The off-limit areas are the three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, two restrooms, and the attached garage (key locked).
Indoor/Children’s Area: LPA inspected the indoor/children’s area for safety, cleanliness and good repair. Main care is provided in the family room. Licensee provides children with cots for napping. Per licensee, there are currently only school-age children enrolled. LPA tested the carbon monoxide and smoke alarm to be in operable condition. Per licensee, there are no firearms/weapons on the premises. Per licensee, there is no smoking in the home. Per LPA observation, there is no fireplace on premises. LPA observed fire extinguisher (2A10BC) and First Aid Kit. Cleaning compounds stored in off-limits kitchen, made inaccessible to children.
Bathroom: LPA observed the child care bathroom for safe and sanitary conditions. The toilet and faucet are in good operable condition. LPA reminded licensee to keep all hazardous items inaccessible to children.
