25 | On 03/02/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Katrina Chicote conducted an unannounced case management inspection to follow up on an incident that was cross-reported to the Department on 02/15/2023. Upon arrival, LPA announced purpose of visit and met with Ty Creecy, Licensee's Assistant. Per Licensee's Assistant, Licensee is currently not available. Census was taken.
On 02/15/2023, an incident was cross-reported to The Department in regards to an incident that involved a foster child. LPA interviewed Licensee's Assistant in regards to incident. Interview with Assistant disclosed that he is aware of incident involving foster child but was not present for the incident. Assistant states that he knows incident occurred during a time there were no day care children present as first child arrives at 8:30 AM. Based on the information obtained and LPA observation LPA observed that day care children were not witness to the incident occurring with foster children.
Per California Code of Regulations Title 22, Division 12, no deficiency cited during today's visit.
The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) – must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
