25 | On 05/13/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cristina Castellanos conducted an announced case management inspection for the purpose of ensuring that the facility is meeting the standards set forth in California Title 22 Regulations and the California Health and Safety Code. LPA was greeted by Licensee’s adult daughter Jennifer Guerrero and Licensee Bianca Guerrero-Villatoro. No children were present during today's inspection.
The licensee previously requested to place the facility on inactive status effective 01/26/2026, until further notice. The licensee is now requesting to be removed from inactive status effective 05/14/2026.
LPA conducted a walkthrough of the designated childcare areas. Per the licensee, the following areas are approved for daycare use: the living room, the 1/2 bathroom, the kitchen/dining area, the office (children’s playroom) and outdoor patio. The licensee confirmed that families will enter the home through the side entrance leading directly to the living room space.
Per the licensee, the following areas are OFF LIMITS to children in care: all bedrooms in the home, the main bathroom and the attached garage, and the dog’s designated area. LPA reminded the licensee that all OFF-LIMITS areas must remain inaccessible during operating hours and while children are present.
LPA observed working fire extinguishers, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and adequate heating and ventilation to ensure safety and comfort within the home. Additionally, LPA observed age-appropriate materials both indoors and outdoors. The children’s designated bathroom was inspected and found to be in compliance.
No citations were issued during today’s inspection.
An exit interview was conducted, and a copy of this report and the Notice of Site Visit were provided to Licensee Bianca Guerrero-Villatoro.
