32 | LPA requested a copy of the facility roster and received a copy of the Parent Letter dated 10/27/2025 and 10/21/2025, statement from Administrator on cleaning protocol, Parent Handbook, Preschool sign in/out sheet, copy of return to school letter for child in care, copy of email sent to licensing 10/31/2025.
Parents were notified at both locations since some siblings of children at the other location(19749368 ) attend this location. Staff notified parents via letter and in person on 10/27/2025.
Pertaining to the allegation that - Staff did not prevent the spread of communicable disease. According to Staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, facility was deep cleaned on 10/31/2025 and 11/15/2025 as well as cleaned every night after children leave facility there is a cleaning person that comes to clean facility Monday through Thursday at night and on Saturdays mornings they conduct a deep cleaning of the facility.
Pertaining to the allegation that -Staff did not notify day care children's parents. According to staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, staff gave parents Parent Health Notice: Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease (HFMD) Advisory letter dated, 10/27/2025. According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, parents stated that a notice was given about the HFM outbreak as well as being posted on parent bulletin board. Based on interviews conducted with parents staff did notify day care children's parents. LPA Dowling observed a notice sent to parents regarding HFM.
Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
A copy of this report, notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided. The Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213)- must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00.
