25 | On June 9th, 2026 at 12:35 pm, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Evelyn Chacon and Annelise Villa conducted an unannounced/random inspection. LPA met with licensee Pamela Diaz and advised her on the purpose of the inspection. Licensee provided LPA a tour of the home inside and outside. There were 12 children in care at the time of the inspection. LPA verified all adults in the home have been background cleared. Hours of operation are Monday through Sunday 6:30 am to 5:30pm. No children in care with IMS.
Licensee has a two-story family home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, family room, living room, dining room, and garage. The primary care will be conducted throughout the first floor of the home. Children will have access to kitchen, bedrooms #1, bathroom #1 located in the hallway, living room, family room, dining room, and back yard. The off-limit areas of the home include bedrooms #2-4, bathroom #2-3, the garage made inaccessible with a key lock, all upstairs areas, and the front yard. The attached garage was observed to be locked during the time of this inspection. The garage is used for storage only and is garage is off limits to children. Main care is provided in the family room and den. Children have access to kitchen, bedrooms #1-2, bathroom #1 located in the hallway, living room, and back yard. The stairs to upstairs are locked off with a child safety gate. LPA observed age-appropriate toys and furniture readily accessible inside childcare home. LPA observed all proper posted documents in an accessible area of the home. Licensee stated they do not have firearms or ammo. The Licensee states there is bodies of water on the facility in that there is a pool in the backyard. During the tour of the facility, Licensee observed a 2A10BC fire extinguisher within the appropriate range.
