On 8/15/2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lillian Casillas conducted an unannounced Annual Required Inspection. LPA met with Lead Teacher, Bonnie Brandt, and toured the indoor and outdoor of the facility. Administrator, Michelle Gamburd, was away from the facility and spoke with LPA over the phone. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

This facility includes 3 classrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 office area, and 1 outdoor play area. Upon entering the facility, LPA observed a large outdoor play area. LPA observed shaded areas and Bonnie explained misters are included for hot days. Playground equipment is in safe condition, free of sharp, loose or pointed parts. Areas around high climbing equipment, swings and slides have cushioning material to absorb falls. Classroom 1 is dedicated to 2 and 3 year old. LPA observed a children's bathroom with 3 toilets and 3 sinks. This restroom connects classroom 1 with classroom 2. Classroom 2 is dedicated to 4 and 5 year olds. This classroom is large and is split into two areas. Classroom 2 includes an additional restroom with 1 toilet and 1 sink. Classroom 3 is dedicated to 2 year olds and features 1 restroom with 1 toilet and 1 sink. LPA observed 2A10:BC fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors in each classroom. Classrooms are equipped with age-appropriate furniture and children's learning materials.

This facility provides snacks and lunch to children. LPA observed a clean and organized kitchen. Menus are posted at least one week in advance where an authorized representative can view them. All food is protected against contamination. Contaminated food is discarded immediately. Solid waste storage containers have tight-fitting covers and are in good repair.

Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, medication and other hazardous items are made inaccessible in a backroom and on top shelves in the bathrooms.

The isolation area is located in the office area where LPA observed 1 couch and the staff bathroom.
