On 10/31/2025, LPA Clayton conducted an unannounced visit to deliver the findings on the above-mentioned allegations. LPA Clayton was greeted by licensees fingerprint cleared son Jesse Cruz. LPA Clayton observed 4 children being supervised and cared for appropriately by 3 fingerprint cleared staff.

On 08/07/2025 the El Segundo Child Care Regional Office (ESCCRO) received a complaint alleging:
• PERSONAL RIGHTS: Licensee did not report injury to child's authorized representative
• PERSONAL RIGHTS: Licensee does not provide adequate supervision to child in care

On 08/13/2025, LPA Clayton conducted the initial visit where LPA Clayton advised licensee of the complaint allegations, toured the home for Health and Safety inspection. LPA Clayton obtained copies of the Child Care facility roster and documents related to the investigation.

Based on LPA's inspections, interviews, and record review, both of the above-mentioned allegations are found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with assistant Jesse Cruz.

LPA Clayton posted a Notice of Site visit which is to remain posted for 30 days.
