32 | , heating, lighting, and ventilation were evaluated. Children napping equipment met the requirement regulation at time of inspection. Storage for children's belongings, bathrooms facilities, and isolation areas were inspected. LPA observed age-appropriate sink-1, training toilet-1, toilet-1, changing table-1 were inspected for availability, good repair, water temperature, toilet paper, safety, and sanitation. At 11:50 a.m. LPA observed that sink is not arm reach of changing table.
LPA’s observed cubbies with wooden toys, puzzles, books, and other appropriate toys to be clean and free of hazards at time of inspection. LPA observed carpets and age-appropriate tables and chairs in each classroom. LPA observed first aid kept in each classroom. First Aid supplies were inventoried and were found to be in compliance with regulation.
Facility provides breakfast, snack and lunch, menus were reviewed at time of inspection. At 12:30, Food preparation area was toured and found out of compliance as food was not properly stored and dated in the refrigerator and storage cabinets. Food was stored in Ziplock bags, foil containers with foil paper, and glass Tupper wear which did not contain dates of preparation on food items. Drinking water is available via water jug and children water bottles. LPAs observed a retractable gate in the infant activity area which is accessible to children. Carbon monoxide detectors and smoke detectors are present in the facility. LPAs tested/confirmed detectors at time of inspection and were determined to be in operable condition. Fire extinguishers were observed as serviced on 12/12/2025. Last fire drill was conducted on 04/27/2026.
LPA observed outdoor play area which is equipment and inspected for safety, cushioning material, good repair, and age appropriateness. LPAs observed a play structure, plastic slide, and other age-appropriate toys around the play yard. Required shade and fencing were inspected. Per Licensee, the children have access to drinking water via water jug and children have water bottles. Play area was inspected for hazards and inaccessibility to bodies of water; no bodies of water or hazards observed at time of inspection.
LPA reviewed with Licensee Linda White the LIC 311A, Records to Be Maintained At The Facility, for child’s records, personnel records, administrative records, and documents to be posted. All Staff and Children’s Records were reviewed. Criminal Record Clearances were reviewed for adults.
-2 teachers and 2 assistance staff files were reviewed. At 1: 30 p.m. LPAs observed Basic CPR and First Aid Certification for all center staff. All staff do not have Pediatric on file.
